Walking to the front door, you are greeted by colorful flowers and the sound of waves washing on shore. You step into the house to a spacious living room with three large windows facing the lakefront and Mt Konocti! The living room has two comfy couches, a 55 inch smart tv, and large dining table. Through the hallway, you enter into the kitchen overlooking the den with another smart tv and queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is complete with all new major appliances, cookware, and small appliances.

Making your way through the house, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with an attached spa like bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and attached bathroom. Additionally, it has a twin and full size air mattress complete with bedding.

Enjoy the wraparound patio that is equipped with lounge chairs, a patio table, fire pit, gas grill, and BBQ! Take the ramp to get to the beach for easy access to the lake to enjoy all of our water toys. If you feel like jumping in, head down the pier to the swim dock and play on the swim mat! There are so many spots to enjoy on this beautiful property. We can't wait to share it with you!
